on display in the inFLUX exhibition.

inFLUX: An Exhibition of Dance exhibits artwork pertaining to and inspired by all forms of dance. inFLUX is a national juried exhibition at the Coconino Center for the Arts, the cultural hub of the Flagstaff community, from May 23 – August 15, 2009.

The featured artist in inFLUX is renowned sculptor, John Henry Waddell. inFLUX showcases dozens of fine artworks by Waddell, including several larger-than-life-size sculptures of dancers.

During the exhibition, the Center hosts dozens of dance concerts. The schedule includes the diverse range of dance experiences available in Northern Arizona. Concerts are scheduled throughout the Summer, click here for the schedule.

Concerts at the Arboretum

This Summer we team up with The Arboretum at Flagstaff to host four amazing concerts under the pines at the Arb's gorgeous outdoor venue. Concerts are the first Saturday of the month, June through September 2009.

The theme of the concerts is world music. Pictured here is The Fishtank Ensemble. See the full schedule of concerts.

The Coconino Center for the Arts

The Coconino Center for the Arts is located at
2300 N. Fort Valley Road (Rte. 180) in Flagstaff.

The Coconino Center for the Arts gallery is open to the public:

Tuesday - Saturday
11:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Please be advised that the Center does CLOSE for as much as one or two weeks inbetween art exhibitions for installation. Please check our calendar for dates of these closings before planning your visit. Our office hours are generally 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday, but may vary.
